Absolutely loved the big rooms with stunning views! The private beach was a perfect spot to relax, and snorkeling off the pontoon was epic. Seeing diverse marine life made my day. Also enjoyed taking out the canoes to explore the calm waters. Highly recommend this relaxing getaway!

The views from our room were stunning, and the constant ocean breeze helped make the heat more bearable. It was a peaceful getaway, and the staff was very eager to assist us whenever we needed help. However, the beach wasn't suitable for swimming due to rocky waters, which limited our activities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it's wise to have a rental car to explore the area more easily.

Excellent service throughout our stay.
Our stay was plagued by numerous issues. The air conditioning was inconsistent, and we endured multiple power outages, leaving us without electricity for hours. On top of that, the food quality was disappointing and overpriced, especially considering the lack of basic amenities like hot water. Overall, the experience fell far short of our expectations.

Just a perfect match for a speedy visit in Tulum with all in all brilliant value for money. The kayaks were awesome but the beach was a bit rocky. Plan for a relaxing time as the area is still developing.

I had a great stay at Cielo Maya Beach, where the spacious room featured stunning ocean views through large windows and a comfortable balcony. The staff was remarkable, providing attentive service and assistance. I appreciated the wide range of on-site activities like snorkeling and kayaking, as well as the tasty breakfast options which included fresh fruits and pastries.
Some amenities were limited, and the car rental rates seemed a bit high.

The stay offered beautiful views from the Junior Suite, with cozy beds that enhanced relaxation during our visit. We enjoyed delicious meals, particularly the fish and shrimp in white wine sauce, which was a highlight. The peaceful atmosphere made it ideal for unwinding, though limited local activities could leave those seeking adventure a bit disappointed. A few amenities were also restricted, which slightly affected the experience.

Had an awesome time with friends! We took advantage of the onsite activities like kayaking and snorkeling. The beach was perfect, and the rental car made getting around a breeze. Just a heads up, make sure to reserve your rooms in advance since they had some mix-ups during our stay.
We had a hiccup with one of the two reserved rooms not being ready, which was frustrating.

nice stay , but some improvements needed
The size of the room was spacious , offering a beautiful beach view that made mornings lovely. The architecture had a unique charm , and the service from the staff was attentive without being intrusive. We particularly enjoyed the eco-friendly practices throughout the hotel, making our stay feel more responsible. The garden view areas were well-maintained and added to the hotel’s tranquil atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the location was quite isolated, making it difficult to explore without a car.
